Keeping your information private is a high priority at Aqueous Gallery. We will never sell, rent or loan customer information to any third party.
When you place and order with Aqueous, we do need to know some information. We need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and credit card expiration date. This information enables us to proceed and fill your order and to notify you of your order status.
We do not share any personally identifying data about our clients or web site visitors with anyone outside of Aqueous Gallery. We treat your information with the strictest of confidence, including any information shared during on-site consultations. We maintain tight security over all the information you share with us and use this information to support your relationship with us and improve your art collecting experience. We may use the information we collect to notify you occasionally of important functionality changes to the web site, new services and special offers we think you will find valuable. You can opt out of receiving further information from Aqueous Gallery at any time. If you have questions about our privacy policy, please contact us at sales@aqueousgallery.com.
Return Policy
Unfortunately we do not accept returns for reasons other than works of art damaged in transit.
We strive to present the artwork as accurately as possible. The lighting used for a painting may be different than that in which you are viewing the piece, and variations in monitor colours (tint, brightness, colour saturation, etc.) may cause colours to look varied from the actual colour of the artwork. Therefore, Aqueous Gallery, its owners, agents, and assigns assume no liability for the client’s interpretation of colour matching between the delivered artwork and its digital representation as presented on-line. It is our intention to have an on-going relationship with out client investors, and as such Aqueous Gallery recommends contacting our consultants at sales@aqueousgallery.com (or for the design trades design@aqueousgallery.com) to discuss your investment prior to purchasing.
For our clients artwork is a very personal investment, and for Lynn it is a very personal creation. Lynn strives to meet the needs and design (size, media, general artistic genre, etc) as stated by our clients, but the final work is, ultimately, the artist’s interpretation of those design parameters. Therefore, Aqueous Gallery, its owners, agents, and assigns assume no liability for any commissioned artwork. Commissions are undertaken at the risk of the client, and the client assumes all liability with respect to the final production. All commissioned works are undertaken with a non-refundable 50% deposit.
Again, if you are unsure about which work(s) would be best for your needs, we recommend contacting our consultants at sales@aqueousgallery.com to discuss your investment prior to purchasing.
